How Do I Place An Order?

When you click "Buy now", you will be taken to our Order Form. Please fill in your contact information and shipping address below. When you are done, click "Make Payment", and you will be forwarded to the secure page to make the payment using your credit card. At this point, you will submit your order for processing.

What forms of payment does your site accept?

You can make a purchase in our store using VISA CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS and AMEX/DINNERS CLUB CREDIT CARDS. Payments are processed on-line. It usually takes not more than 2 days for credit cards processing operations. When orders are accepted and processed, customers receive notifications sent automatically with their order details. What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your order before your order is shipped by sending us an e-mail message. We can not accept order cancellation once the order is shipped. Any chargebacks / disputes to credit cards without communicating with us first will be treated as Fraudulent. All details, including original order form, Terms and Conditions, username, IP addresses and access logs bearing members IP addresses and/or e-mail addresses and username will be forwarded to the issuing Credit Card Company (Fraud Division), FBI (Credit Card Fraud Division) and all Credit Reference Agencies which will probably result in a query into members credit card payment habits. Credit Card Fraud is a serious crime and will not be tolerated.

Refund and returns

You can not return your medication for a refund. If your parcel is seized by the Customs, please inform us via an e-mail about the situation occurred and we will do our best to solve the problem. We can issue you a refund only if your order did not arrive in 30 days. We can't propose you any refund if you provided us with the incorrect shipping address and if this order was shipped already.

Why does email sent to me not arrive?
