Composition: powders and extracts of medicinal herbs

Speman therapeutic action:

Speman is a combined prostatotropic herbal preparation. Speman improves microcirculation in the tissues of the prostate, reduces congestion, inflammation and swelling in the prostate. Stimulates spermatogenesis and increases sperm motility, reduces the viscosity of semen. It has pro-androgenic activity and a positive effect on male sexual function.

Indications for using Speman:

• benign prostatic hyperplasia (prostate adenoma)
• acute and chronic prostatitis
• male infertility due to oligospermia, reduced sperm motility, increased viscosity of semen

Before taking Speman: It is not recommended to use Speman if you are allergic to any of its main components.

Although Speman is a 100% natural herbal remedy, it should not be used in the following cases:

• women and children
• malignant prostatic hyperplasia
• severe cardiovascular diseases

Side effects: Speman is not known to have any adverse reactions if taken as prescribed. However, it is advised to consult your health care provider in order to determine the risk of Speman side effects in your particular case.

Sometimes Speman may cause allergic reactions (rash, itching, hives), headache, nausea, dyspepsia.

Interactions: Before using Speman please tell your physician which drugs or supplements you are already taking including the over-the-counter drugs. Speman should be used with caution with the following groups of drugs:

• other BPH and oligospermia remedies
• other medicines containing any component of Speman

Patients information: Speman must not to be shared with others. It is not recommended to use the drug for health conditions other than stated in the product's leaflet. Keep the remedy as well as needles and syringes, if they are necessary for the proper treatment, out of the reach of children.
